I ordered:

• French escargot baked in garlic and herb butter
• 200gr Australian wagyu beef grade 9+ ribeye cooked in medium with wasabi mashed potato
• Dilmah's green tea

My DH ordered similar menu of Australian wagyu beef and he opted the sirloin. I am always the ribeye addict so I had no difficulty to make up my mind on my chosen dish :p
