there was this old and abandoned house. Yet we saw that it had a GREAT potential to be a nice family home for us.
So we ventured ourselves in purchasing the property. The decision to buy it was quite fast as we had spent some time to hunt the perfect house ( to be within our budget and meeting our criteria). I had that 'love at first sight' effect when visiting the old house. The house was originally built in 1978. So by the time we purchased it, it was 32years old.
After the purchase, it was a year of full excitement in designing and building our dream house.
